I have known Kristina for more than 25 years and can categorically state that she is the consummate professional full of intellect, passion, and compassion. Kristina is someone you could trust to accomplish a project, inspire a team, and make everyone around her better. She is someone who I would not only love to work with but would be happy to work for in any capacity. Without a doubt, Kristina is an unmatched talent and a force for positive change and development.

Colonel Chad M. Pillai, U.S. Army

She not only knows everything there is to know about what data needs to be produced for all the different parts of the triad, the accreditors, the federal government and the state, but she also knows how to tell the story of the data. KP knows how to gather information from those who made the decisions that resulted in the data in such a way that she could tell the story accurately, fairly, and also highlight what’s positive.

Lori Williams, PhD, President & CEO - National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA)

Kristina’s powerful combination of skills, including data analysis, deep topical research, innovation, and diplomacy, are brought to bear as she assists organizations to reach new levels of functionality and effectiveness. She is an extremely valuable asset to any organization seeking transformation or evolution.

Ken Perilli, Chief Financial Officer - Integrated Specialty Coverages

KP is one of those rare individuals who combine the patience of a saint, the tactics of a master strategist, and the determination of a bulldog — and we work with external organizations that demand demonstration of all those qualities!
