Includes:

• 12 sessions (1 hour calls) over 8 months (or less).
• During our sessions we will discuss your current challenges and develop action steps custom to your needs.
• One round of a review of your accreditation report with written feedback. Discussion of the feedback with the leadership team. [Note: Review is not report editing. Excludes appendices.]
• Planning calendar that we will populate together.
• Templates, checklists, tip sheets that are relevant to your challenges and needs.
• 1 group session (~1 hour) with senior leadership team (via Zoom).

All sessions are with Kristina ‘KP’ Powers, PhD, who has been an accreditation liaison at multiple four-year institutions, has achieved 100% compliance (no corrective action), and has helped multiple institutions move from Notice of Concern/Warning status to compliance with their institutional/regional accreditor.

Made for institutions that have one or more institutional research or institutional effectiveness staff members and want to leverage existing skillsets as they build capacity.

• 10 sessions (1 hour calls) over 6 months (or less).
• During our sessions we will discuss your current challenges and develop action steps custom to your needs (e.g., institutional research, surveys, assessment, accreditation, feasibility studies, senior leader data requests, etc.).
• Institutional Research/Effectiveness planning calendar that we will populate together.
• Templates, checklists, tip sheets that are relevant to your challenges and needs.
• 1 group session (~1 hour) with the IR team, senior leadership team, or super data users.

All sessions are with Kristina ‘KP’ Powers, PhD, who has built institutional research/effectiveness offices at multiple four-year institutions (public, private not for-profit, and private for-profit) throughout the country.

Made for IPEDS Keyholders or designees that are managing IPEDS for the first time (or in a long time) that want to work with an experienced IPEDS Keyholder and expert Kristina ‘KP’ Powers, PhD.

Includes:

• 8 sessions (1 hour calls) for an IPEDS season (fall, winter, OR spring collection) — focusing on all or select IPEDS reports.
• During our sessions we will discuss your current challenges and develop action steps custom to your needs.
• Planning calendar that we will populate together.
• Draft emails to use with your campus partners.
• Planning framework for getting IPEDS done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Meet with the leadership team to strategize on using the data that is soon to be submitted (~1 hour via Zoom).

Made for IPEDS Keyholders who would like to Boost their IPEDS reporting with a review by IPEDS Educator – Kristina ‘KP’ Powers, PhD prior to submission and ask questions on new IPEDS requirements and/or issues and challenges encountered while completing the IPEDS reports. This program includes:

• 6 hours (30 min, 45 min or 1 hour) zoom sessions over the entire IPEDS year. An average of 2 hours per season – fall, winter, and spring.
• During our sessions, we will discuss issues/challenges you have encountered while completing the IPEDS surveys and potential solutions. To make the most of our Zoom sessions, you are invited to send me your questions/information in advance.
• Review of one draft of each IPEDS survey report (13 IPEDS surveys in total).
• Written comments from the review of each IPEDS survey.
• A calendar with suggested weeks for zoom sessions, due dates for the draft IPEDS reports, and IPEDS final due dates.

All sessions and reviews are completed by Kristina ‘KP’ Powers, PhD.

Note: Review of IPEDS prior year revisions surveys are not included but can be added as needed for an additional cost.
